I took this image one year ago from our balcony here in Dubai. The beauty in the skies belied the troubles to come. As we start our spring break here in Dubai, we look forward to 2 weeks to rest, relax and unwind with the hope that the next 365 days and nights will lead us to some sort of meaningful recovery and normalcy.
