The AI Arms Race is Heating Up

Adobe, the digital media giant, is partnering up with Google Bard, Google's innovative chatbot. This collaboration will level-up Bard's image-generation game, bringing it on par with OpenAI's impressive Dall-E 2.

Adobe's Firefly, a cool art tool, and Adobe Express, a handy web-based creative tool, are coming to Google Bard. Firefly lets you create images from text and then tweak them as you like. Adobe Express comes with easy-to-use design templates, perfect for jazzing up your social posts and more.

What's special about Firefly is that It avoids copyrighted content! It's trained on Adobe's stock images and public domain content. This means the images it makes should be safe to use commercially once it's out of beta.

When Adobe first stepped into the AI-image arena, they promised to have their customers' backs. If a legal challenge pops up over an AI-generated image you bought, they'll compensate you. Adobe and Google are also planning to use Adobe's CAI (Content Authenticity Initiative) to bring more transparency to the images created by Firefly and Bard.

We're still waiting to hear when Firefly and Express will be fully integrated into Google Bard. But we're expecting updates soon, so stay tuned!

The future of AI image generation is looking pretty bright!
