Finding Fulfillment IN AN AI WORLD

Elon Musk was recently interviewed on a wide range of topics from Space X to Tesla to Twitter and beyond. The interview ended on the topic of AI. The interviewer's final question was, "I struggle with how to advise my son on a career when this technology exists and will only improve. I'm just curious, when you think about advising your children on a career with so much that is changing, what do I tell them that is going to be of value?"

There was a long pause, and initially, Elon said that it was a tough question to answer, but after a long thoughtful pause he said:

"How do we actually find fulfillment, how do we find meaning in life, if the AI can do your job better than you can?"
